1. Agreement

These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you and Hunyuan Group Co., Limited (混元集團有限公司) ("we", "us", "our"), a private company limited by shares incorporated in Hong Kong under the Companies Ordinance (Chapter 622 of the Laws of Hong Kong), with CR Number 78425977. By accessing zokedo.com, signing up for or using the Talon SaaS, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service or the website.

2. Description of the service

Talon is a cloud-hosted MCP SaaS that exposes advertising and analytics platform functionality (Google Ads, Meta Ads, Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, Google Tag Manager, Matomo, Bing Webmaster Tools, PageSpeed Insights, SpyFu) as tools consumable by an AI client that supports the Model Context Protocol. Hunyuan Group operates the service; you access it via API key and OAuth.

3. License

Talon is proprietary software operated by Hunyuan Group Co., Limited under a commercial SaaS agreement. All rights not expressly granted are reserved. The marketing website at zokedo.com is provided for informational purposes; the text and design on that site are owned by Hunyuan Group Co., Limited and may not be copied or republished without permission.

4. Your accounts and credentials

To use Talon you must have valid developer accounts, OAuth client credentials, and API access for the third-party platforms you intend to connect. You are solely responsible for:

Talon is a client of third-party advertising and analytics APIs. Your use of those APIs through Talon is bound by the terms of service of the corresponding platform, including but not limited to:

7. Disclaimer of warranties

THE SOFTWARE AND THE WEBSITE ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ACCURACY OF DATA. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SOFTWARE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT THE THIRD-PARTY APIs WILL REMAIN AVAILABLE OR UNCHANGED.

You are solely responsible for verifying the accuracy of any data retrieved through Talon and for reviewing any changes the software makes to your live advertising or analytics accounts before those changes are published.

8. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL HUNYUAN GROUP CO., LIMITED, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, GOODDILL, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF TALON OR THE THIRD-PARTY APIs, REGARDLESS OF THE LEGAL THEORY AND EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

OUR TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY UNDER OR IN CONNECTION WITH THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED EUROS (EUR 100).

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Hunyuan Group Co., Limited from any claim, demand, loss, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of Talon, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of the terms of any third-party platform accessed through Talon.

10. Termination

These Terms remain in effect for as long as you use the software or the website. You may terminate them at any time by uninstalling the software and discontinuing use of the website. We may terminate or suspend your access to the website at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful to other users, us, or third parties. Termination does not affect rights and obligations that by their nature should survive, including the disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification provisions above.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date at the top of the page reflects the current version. Material changes will be announced on this page. Continued use of the software or the website after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong, except where mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence grant you the right to bring proceedings before your local courts.
