Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

Talon ("we", "us", "our") is a cloud-hosted MCP SaaS operated by Hunyuan Group Co., Limited (混元集團有限公司), a private company limited by shares incorporated in Hong Kong (CR Number 78425977, 8 July 2025). The data controller for any personal data described in this policy is Hunyuan Group Co., Limited.

2. Scope of this policy

This policy applies to the Talon marketing website at zokedo.com and to the Talon software. It does not apply to the third-party advertising and analytics platforms that Talon connects to (such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, or Matomo). Use of those platforms is governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

3. Data we collect

The Talon website is a static information site. It does not run application servers, databases, or analytics that identify individual users. The only data we may receive is what you voluntarily send us when contacting us directly:

• Email — the address you write from and the content of your message, when you email google-ads-api@zokedo.com or info@zokedo.com.
• Server logs — the static site host records standard HTTP request metadata (IP address truncated, user agent, requested URL, response status) for security and abuse prevention. Logs are retained for up to 30 days and are not sold or shared.

4. Data we do not collect

Talon does not collect, store, transmit, or sell:

• Your advertising account data, campaign data, or analytics data.
• Your OAuth access tokens or refresh tokens (see section 5).
• Behavioral tracking, advertising IDs, or cross-site identifiers.
• Location data, device fingerprints, or biometric data.

5. OAuth credentials and tokens

When you use Talon to connect a Google or Meta account, the OAuth flow runs between your browser and the platform's authorization server. Access tokens and refresh tokens are stored in an encrypted vault on Hunyuan-operated servers. They are never shared across tenants or sent to third parties. You can revoke Talon's access at any time from your Google or Meta account settings.

6. Use of Google APIs

Talon accesses Google APIs (Google Ads, Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, Google Tag Manager, PageSpeed Insights, Site Verification) on behalf of the user who explicitly authorizes the connection. Talon's use of data received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Specifically:

• We do not transfer Google user data to third parties except as necessary to provide the requested feature.
• We do not use Google user data for serving advertisements.
• We do not use Google user data for profiling, behavioral analysis, or sale.
• We do not use Google user data outside the scope of the documented Talon features.

7. Cookies and local storage

The Talon marketing website does not set cookies and does not use local storage. The OAuth flow uses your browser's local session state during sign-in only; nothing is stored on the marketing site.

8. Third-party services

The Talon marketing site links to and embeds content from the following third parties, each governed by its own privacy policy:

• GitHub (if linked from the site).
• Cloudflare Pages or equivalent static site host — static site hosting. Cloudflare Privacy Policy.

When you choose to interact with these services (for example, by clicking a link to a source repository), their privacy policies apply.

9. Data retention

Email correspondence is retained for as long as needed to handle your request and for legitimate business record-keeping, after which it is deleted. Server logs are retained by the hosting provider for up to 30 days. OAuth tokens are retained in the encrypted vault until you revoke access from your Google or Meta account.

10. Your rights (GDPR & CCPA)

If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or California, you have the right to:

• Request access to personal data we hold about you.
• Request correction or deletion of that data.
• Object to or restrict processing of that data.
• Request portability of that data.
• Lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

To exercise any of these rights, email google-ads-api@zokedo.com with the subject line "Privacy Request". We respond within 30 days.

11. Children's privacy

Talon is a B2B developer tool and is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the product evolves. The effective date at the top of the page reflects the current version. Material changes will be announced on this page.
